I began making this tea more than 20 years ago, for my family, as an alternative beverage to pop and juice during the holidays.

The summer of 2020, one of the local farmers markets was looking for vendors and I decided to test the waters to see how it would sell.  The tea was a huge success and we are slowly gaining a following.

What's the 2 Day for? It's a 2 day process to make the tea. Anything good takes time right, trust me it's worth the wait.
